CMAA Three Rivers Project Achievement Awards

Our Project Achievement Awards recognize outstanding work in the practice of construction management. Honorees are CMAA Three Rivers models, promoting professionalism and excellence in the Greater Pittsburgh region.

The Awards Committee is composed of construction owners and professional construction managers. They evaluate each nominated project, using the criteria detailed in our nomination form. The best project/s in each market sector are selected for honors.

To be eligible, projects must be physically located in the Greater Pittsburgh region, and they must have been completed between May 30, 2025, and May 29, 2026. Multiple submissions are welcome. No nomination may be submitted to more than one Chapter's awards program, but projects nominated for our awards may also be submitted for consideration as part of CMAA National's awards program.

This year's award-winning projects will be officially announced at the CMAA Three Rivers Golf Outing scheduled for August 28, 2026.

Nominations must be submitted by 11:59pm on Friday, April 10, 2026.
