Mr. Settelmaier joined KSE in 2019, as the Pittsburgh Office Manager. He is a licensed professional engineer in Pennsylvania and brings over 42 years of experience in the construction industry. Mr. Settelmaier’s primary focus will be working on construction management / construction inspection projects while establishing the KSE Pittsburgh Office in the western Pennsylvania market and assisting with the eastern Pennsylvania market.

He has served as a Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, Construction Field Management Engineer, Transportation Construction Inspection Supervisor, and Senior Project Engineer for a variety of project types. Mr. Settelmaier has worked for public and private clients across the Northeast and beyond. Project types include highway and road repair and resurfacing, bridge construction, and the construction of pipelines and energy infrastructure for PennDOT, utility companies, and County and State Agencies.
