David is a 2009 of Penn State in Civil Engineering. During school David interned with Pittsburgh area Engineering consulting firms where got first hand experience in being a part of the team that ensures water and wastewater infrastructure function properly, providing an unseen, but essential service. Since graduation David has worked in a several facets within the water/wastewater industry: collection and distribution systems, plant operations, and pipe manufacturing and more.

In 2018, David began work with AECOM, where he served as an integral part of the construction management team for the PWSA Lead Line Replacement Program. David is particularly proud of this project, which is considered a pioneer in lead line replacement across the country. The hard work and dedication of the Lead Line Replacement team has, and continues to execute complex, essential projects that safeguard the regions most essential asset, water.
