I entered the Construction Management business over 20 years ago. I never expected that this would develop into a long-term position. My first project was a school renovation. I was the field administrator who at that time was one of the few who could operate and track our work on a computer. Yes, we also did still use fax machines at that time! What I didn’t expect was to sit in a classroom with elementary grade students and watch the events on September 11, 2001. As like all of us, that was a life changing experience. I went on to be mentored by some great managers. After completing over a dozen schools, I worked my way up to become a Project Manager. In short, the goal for me is to help others in the Construction Management industry share their thoughts and suggestions and use that to advance our business by supporting the communities connected to our projects. This is what I enjoy about being part of the Three Rivers Chapter. The opportunity to collaborate with others within our industry.
