Mr. Martucci
works for PA's DGS as Assistant Director, Capital Programs Construction. The Department’s Capital Programs bureaus (formerly Public Works) coordinate and oversee the design and construction of all non-highway capital construction projects for the Commonwealth. The scope of responsibilities includes new construction and all types of alterations and renovations to existing properties and capital improvement projects for all state agencies. Projects range from dams and sewage treatment plants to buildings such as prisons, offices, and laboratories.

In her role as Outreach Manager for the PA DGS Office of Business Inclusion and Supplier Development (formerly BDISBO), Ms. Smith conducts outreach programs to assist small businesses (SBs) and small, diverse businesses (SDBs) in pursuing and winning Commonwealth contracts. She helps develop, coach, and mentor suppliers in becoming certified, successful, value-adding SBs and SDBs.

Ms. Rutledge is a certified association executive with over thirty years’ experience in association leadership, government, and higher education--including significant roles with The American Institute of Architects and the National Architectural Accrediting Board, as well as at the White House. She's built a strong record of achievement as an innovative executive, strategic thinker, collaborative leader, and passionate advocate. As CMAA's President & CEO since 2017, Andrea has been focused on delivering value to members, project owners, and our industry.
